Courteous staff, JUST SUPERB location, everything was fab. Tasty breakfast - lots of meals. It's near the beach. We loved our enjoyable staying.

In an awesome position with a fascinating harbour view. Very gracious staff, was quick to help. The beach was sandy and near the hotel.

The property was brand-new with efficient staff. The rooms turned out to be well-organised and functional with coffee machine as well as very comfortable bed.

staff was generally very friendly and food was good. the room was appropriate and vintage with a really nice bed. i loved all the facilities and the surprising view. was great to be near the beach. automated check-in & individual service.

The staff was energetic, the accommodation was adorable and spotless. The rooms were very specious, beds were large. Outstanding eggs, muffins and fruit. Easy to get to and near the beach. Impeccable service, great value for money, just what was needed.

this hotel is equal to 3 stars. it's enjoyable base for visiting some must see attractions in new york city. in addition, it had private parking available.
